If you want to know what is the vacation destination with the fastest rising popularity then it is simple, Hawaii vacations. Whether you are from The USA, Europe or just about anywhere in the world then you should take a look at spending your vacation in the beautiful and exciting islands of Hawaii. Whether you are a beach lover, an explorer or are looking for a family vacation then this tropical paradise has everything you could wish for. This tropical archipelago comprises six main islands all with their own individuality. The largest and main island is called the Big Island the other main islands being Maui, Oahu, Kauai, Lanai and Molokai. You can have an amazing Hawaii vacation on any one of these islands but if you have the time and energy then the best option by far is to visit all of them during your vacation. If you are restricted for whatever reason to staying on just one of the islands then do not worry, all of them can provide you with whatever you may be looking for, water sports, historical interest, nightlife, shopping and of course the glorious tropical beaches.

If you are a beach lover then you have come to the right place and you will struggle to find anywhere else on the planet with such a huge range of choice. There are 80 beaches alone on Maui and when you consider it only has a coastline measuring approximately one hundred and twenty miles you will realize you do not have far to go if you wish to try another beach. Impressed? there is more, much more, Oahu has a massive 120 or more tropical beaches and that is only two of the islands. The majority of the beaches are typically white sand tropical style beaches but for a bit of variety you could take a look at the amazing black sand beaches of Hawaii which are truly remarkable.
If you are the more adventurous type then you need not worry Hawaii has plenty on offer for you too. Being a tropical paradise it has all the usual water sports, water skiing, snorkeling, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing, big game fishing, the list is literally endless. If you prefer things away from the sea then try one of the ATV tours, they are some of the best we have ever experienced with some truly remarkable terrain. If you are the very adventurous type then why not go to Oahu and take one of the shark encounter tours where you can actually go down in a shark cage and be surrounded by these amazing but scary creatures! Me personally I prefer swimming with the dolphins!
If you want something a bit more laid back and are a fan of history then again you will find plenty to do. Obviously the most well known attraction is Pearl Harbor where you will find the U.S.S Arizona memorial which is truly awe inspiring as you float on a small barge directly above the sunken wreckage of many of the ships sunk in the air raid. Other notable historical and cultural sites include the Royal Palace, the Polynesian Culture Center, Queen Emma's Palace, the Bishop Museum and a host of Hawaiian temple sites. Of course no visit to Hawaii would be complete without a visit to a traditional Hawaiian Luau.
